Donation certificates may only be issued for bone fide donations i.e. you received nothing in return. They may NOT be issued for: tickets for fundraising events, memorabilia donated for auction, amount paid for an auction item, raffle tickets, payment of debt o.b.o Hospice, shares or for free services (time, skill or effort)
